Spurs screw up, again.

Whoops! It happens again, a last minute goal to rob us of points. Not good enough I'm afarid and it is unlikely we shall finish fourth now unless our form picks up and we actually play well for a whole 90 minutes, something we have not done for the whole season.

Against Sunderland we were very poor. In fact, Sunderland look better and sharper than we did for the whole game. Davids, Jenas and Carrick all played short passes and almost every ball into Defoe and Keane never quite had enough pace on it. The pitch was terrible and we should have adapted accordingly. You can't pass the ball around crisply on a pitch like that and thus we should have resulted to more direct tactics. We did not until Murphy had smacked in his equaliser. If we had pressurised the Sunderland back four like we did in injury time earlier on we would have picked up the vital second goal and all three points. We didn't and now lie four points above the filth.

I can't see the scum winning at Anfield tomorrow but comparing the lousy run in we have compared with theirs I feel we will need to win at The Library and probably at West Ham for us to finish in the final Champins League spot and sadly I don't think we can do it. One win in six is not good enough and if you want to finish in the top four you cannot afford a run like that at any point in the season. Failure to close teams out is the problem at the moment and the team needs to recitfy it before we drop not only out of a Cahmpions League spot but out of the top six. A time will come when we screw up and the other teams don't.

COYS!

Typical OTT reaction. We have plenty of games left and our aim should still be UEFA not CL as it has been all season. We should beat Wigan this weekend and take it game by game, instead of hyperbolic speculation. Poor game this week, but I seem to remember only 7 days ago the current Spurs team the best since 87 because of our destruction of Charlton. Fickle world football....

Screw up? Again? Yes I can see where you are sort of coming from, but too many Spurs supporters forget how far we have come. I for one would have taken fourth position and four points above Scum at this stage in the season if I had been asked.

The lads have (and all credit to them) raised expectations by delivering a season which has renewed my passion for the club after years of disappointment.

I wish people would recognise the achievments so far and stop being so disappointed by these cock ups. Jol put it perfectly- 'we need to grow up'- and when we do, we'll be all the better.

Yes, yesterday was disappointing, yes we were annoyed when we dropped points for the 3rd time in the last seconds of a match. But looking at the table I am still a very happy man.

"We Should beat Wigan"

We should beat most teams especially likes of Sunderland. I agree take it game by game but come on how many games this season we played when the whole attitude of the team is wrong !! Too many for my liking

Oh shut up, all I ever see while poking around NewsNow from this site is the meoldramatic tripe from an author with too much time on his hands to think about these things.

It may've been Sunderland but it's still a point away from home, and on our travels this season we have had better results against better teams, so we can afford/be expected to draw a few games.

Bolton and Arsenal both missed 2 points at the weekend, the latter were at home, and even then they were dead lucky to get that and took it with both hands.

Tell you what usually I'm proud to be Spurs but since that window I've never seen such a bunch of whining, spoilt, dramatist fuckers with dellusions of grandeur all over our boards, face it - this season we were aiming top six, we've 4 points clear in FOURTH. Get some fucking perspective!

We should be aiming for 4th spot and champions league, cos if we get knocked out of champions league at the 1st stage you go straight into UEFA cup anyway, so its pointless saying aim at UEFA cup spot.

The author is spot on, it's not an OTT reaction. Even if we were 10th and not chasing a champions league spot we have every right to be dissapointed in that result. In fact, not just the result but the extremely poor display. That isn't an over reaction. I am no attacking Davids as he has been outstanding this season but you could see straight from kick off that he wasn't fit and he barely jogged 5 yards in the second half. Huddlestone should have started the 2nd half. Before any "Ooh, look how far have we come" boys start blowing steam out of their ears, yes we have come a long way but that doesn't excuse what happened. We don't have tiredness as an excuse due to our early exit in the cups and I don't care if we have young players, there are only two in the side that don't have masses of experience.(Lennon and Dawson). In fact Dawson was outstanding again I thought. We just didn't seem to press Sunderland for the ball enough and you need to do that away from home. Not an OTT reaction, just dissapointed, but I would have taken a UEFA cup place at the start of the season and we surely must get that this season. I actually think that a year in the UEFA may be better than jumping straight into the CL. Come on the Spurs.

I agree with most comments. If someone had said we would be where we are now at the start of the season I think every Spurs fan would have been well happy. The problem is by having such a good first half to the season it has rasised expectations so much that now we all think we should finish ahead of Arsenal. Realistically as much as I hate to say it, Arsenal are still a better side than us. They have just had a poor season by their standards. So if we do finish behind them, which is quite likely, I don't think we should be so dissheartened. The boys have done us proud for much of the season ( Apart from the cups ). Alot of teams now fear us, which is not something that has happened for a long time. Ofcourse yesterday was very dissapointing. We didn't play well and the goal at the end was sloppy. But overall I don't think anyone can complain this season if we do manage to make it into the Uefa Cup. And then in the summer I am sure we will add that little biut extra that is needed to take us up another level. We are moving forward very quickly, and the fact we are so upset about yesterday shows how far we have gone in such a short time. A couple of years ago a defeat at the Stadium of Light would not have been that big an upset. Basically what I am trying to say is that patience is the key. WE may not make the Champs league this season, but if we improve as fast as we are, then it is only a matter of time before we are really thought of as being part of the elite. COME ON YOU SPURS!

Agree with the author we are in a CL spot and should be six points better off, I was and still am looking at 3rd place rather than UEFA but we need to beat teams like Sunderland they were really poor. Liverpool have a bad run of games playing the scum twice and they will still all take points off each other, I can,t see where our bad run is at the end of the season we surely can,t be scared of going to West Ham, if we deserve to be in the CL spot we should get points against ManU and the scum. The crucial game for us will be Bolton at home win that and we should be OK unless we have a collapse before hand. Jol needs to settle on his midfiels Lennon is being pushed all over the place decide on his best position. Man to carry us through if fit will be Tanio quality. Just to say don,t entirley blame Salteri for the goal yesterday King gave away a soft header to give them the ball in the build up. All in all happy but this needs to be the last slip up!

Everybody, let's have some positive thinking! We're four points clear in fourth; arse and liverpool will battle out a draw on tues (or liverpool will win), then we'll beat wigan at home to take us 6/7 points clear in fourth with 11 games left. We have to play all our major rivals and for sure we'll find it easier to raise our game in the crunch matches. All the teams around us have distractions and will tire: Arse and Liv - CL, Bolton -UEFA cup and FA Cup. Liverpool's season started in July and they've been to the Far East and back. Those poor bastards have already played more games than we will all season! Arse are simply not good enough this season - they can be relied on to drop several more points PLUS their entire back four has gone missing. To me Bolton are a more worrying proposition but come next Sunday we'll be NINE points clear of them. So let's rally the players and push them on! Champions League here we come....

The most worrying aspect of the Sunderland game is not the individual players' form but the fact that Jol does not seem to have learned anything from similar defeats.

He seems to pick the team around playing his personal favourites rather than seeing what players actually do during matches.

Davids was clearly unfit to play yesterday, so why was Huddlestone not included after playing so well? Did we really need Lee back when he hadn't played for 3 weeks and Kelly had played reasonably well out of position? Why is Staltieri still playing especially after Charlton's goal last week?

And then there were the tactics which were....what? Pose like you are the Real Madrid team of the 1950's and see if Sunderland can score a goal? Where was the competition for the midfield? Where was the movement off the ball (Defoe and Keane excepted).

It's not just the team that needs to grow up, so does MJ

I am a bit surprised to see that nobody has mentioned Stalteris performance. He is clearly not premiership quality, and will cost us more points before the season is out. We need a right back. I thought the game against Sunderland was littered with mistakes, and not a good spectacle at all. Jol must work on passing, as they seemed incapable of passing wind.

Jol did make some odd decisions yesterday. I don't what mental state Mido was in, but I think he should have been on very early in the second half because we just couldn't keep the ball in their half. Also I don't know why Lennon played on the left? He is far less effective on that side. Stalteri was terrible for the goal. Too easily out muscled. ROW Z STALTERI!!!!!!!!!! That is where it should have gone.
Overall though we can't be too critical. I just think it was one of those games where alot of players were below their best, ie Carrick, Davids, Lennon. Am sure we will pick up and hopefully leave our best form for those really tough matches later in the season. We have to be positive for the team. Come on Spurs

I have to agree with most comments posted, but it doesn't take away how maddening it was, to watch a quality Spurs side pull up the fire-side seats, put the slippers on and go to sleep! Did the team think that Sunderland were that demoralised by such a great goal, that they would simply give up, or was it that the team thought they were too good to lose against such lowly opposition? After such a great performance against Charlton, i think Spurs fans have every right to think, "oh great, here we go again" and be dissapointed!

Stalteri has been solid at right back this season, however, he always seems to have a mistake in him. Whether its a misplaced pass, miscontrol of the ball or simply not being in the right place. Most of his mistakes seem to land him in trouble (look at Charlton, Sunderland and Villa (at VP)). Kelly, although has not got CL experience, seems to be the far more comfortable, he would have definitely sorted out that goal.

I think it's important to mention here guys that us blokes who are writing negative things about certain players and the teams performance certainly aren't jumping on the doom and gloom bandwagon. We are making a lot of mistakes and the only way we are going to get better and improve as a ream is by learning from them and that is the infuriating thing about our side. Liverpool and Arsenal (two teams who, like it or not) are probably going to finish above us this season can do that. At the moment we just don't seem to have a cutting edge. Too often on Sunday I was left shouting at the TV because nobody was moving into space looking to receive the ball. We really need to introduce some more fluid gameplay. The goal was a good one but it was one good move in a otherwise very very poor performance by anyones standards. Oh well, onwards and hopefully upwards.

Look we should have won at Sunderland, but we were clearly handicapped by an unbalanced midfield- which I’m sure Jol is fully aware of.

Lennon is not really a left sided midfielder, but can do a competed job there.

But why play Lennon there, when we have Ziegler who is a natural player for that position? I was really surprised that we loaned him to Wigan straight after his loan spell at Hamburg. We clearly need a left sided winger and Ziegler is exactly that player – Just give him a chance. I recall when he played for us last season that he looked a promising player for the left wing and had a good attacking style which I felt could lead to goals.

This would have freed up Lennon to play of the right side of midfield, which is his natural position. He could have then frightened the life out of the slow Sunderland defence with his verve and pace, and possibly provided some assists for goals or possibly score one himself.

Then we could have played Jenas in centre midfield. Jenas rather than Davids, as Davids is just recovering from a hairline crack in his knee and clearly did not look fit against Sunderland.

In my view, an effective team that would have had a much better chance to beat Sunderland would have been:

Robinson

Stalteri King Dawson Lee Young

Lennon Carick Jenas Ziegler

Keane Defoe

Actual Subs: Mido for Keane/Defoe, Murphy for Jenas.

For some unkown reason I link to another Spurs blog which has no relevance in reality to the Spurs journey, I am glad I have happened accross yours now and I will link to you as soon as the opportunity arises.

Any way the main reason I am here is to see how your fans viewed Sundays match and it is not too disimialr to the way I have portrayed the game on my Sunderland AFC Blog.

If you read my pre match blog you will notice that I was ranting about Edgar Davids and how he would probably destroy Sunderlands morale through his play alone!

What happened is he that tempromental?

Yes you were robbed of the points, only through not getting into second gear.

A word to the wise also, do not get above your station, Sunderland Afc fans are fast becoming experts at having hopes destroyed.

Enjoy your football and be grateful for all moderate success because you do not know what is around the corner.

Which ever way you jig it we're lacking somewhere due either to lack of a player for that position, a player out of position or lack of quality/form. Jol knows exactly what's missing and will fill the gaps in time. We're 3 or 4 players and a year or so of experience away from Martins 'proper' side I reckon. In the mean time we're doing great.

think it is the coaching and tactical approach that is really the problem. The one the really needs to go is Chris Haughton. Jol has lifted the morale and instilled a belief in the team but it seem he is being poorly advised by his coaching staff. So many times the wrong tactics have been used. Against Sunderland we played two small men up front against a physical side who knocked our forwards off the ball. Mido should have started. Davids was a bystander and it was clealy visible after 30 minutes that he needed to be replaced. Lennon was out of position on the left hand side and Lee never made it to the by-line, always cutting back inside. Jol needs needs better counsellors around him. Haughton has been around for several regimes, maybe its time to stop blaming the players and look at our coaching staff and their tactics.

murphy looked very nervus for his first start. I really think that the team that beat chalton should have started. Salteri is ok but he is not the answer. our youngsters have more grit and pasion. For me, Stalteri was and is becoming more and more of a puzzling signing. Why did Kelly have to lose his place to a nothing-special guy like Stalteri? Why upset a young local player who showed so much promise last season, was not injured, did not commit an apparent breach of discipline (as far as the club and press would tell us) - and give his place to somebody who did not prove to be so much better as to justify the change? Why damage the confidence and morale of a promising and effective young player to the point of him wanting to leave the club, only to finally find out that his replacement is actually not very good and not a progressive step at all?

This smacks of the situation with Ziegler - after playing well and always trying hard, his place was given to an overweight Reid plucked from lower division - and what happened there? Reid finally has been rightly pushed to warm the bench (at least he can warm a couple of places there with his generous ass), and we lost Ziegler for the season, his confidence not helped at all by sitting on the bench in Hamburg.

Stalteri gets beaten too easily by somebody with a bit of skill and pace, and clearly has to be helped out either by King or Dawson when he faces an attacking opponent. When King or Dawson are not there to clean his mistakes, it leads to a danger near our goal far too often. I'm sure if somebody compiled a video of his defending this season, that would be obvious. Think back to just a few recent examples: the beginning of the rot against Leicester - Stalteri gets turned sooo easily by the ex-junior Arsenal guy, who then is given too much space and time to cross for the equaliser; the performance against J.Thomas v Charlton (thankfully we were 3-0 up and Thomas did not have much time to continue tormenting Stalteri; the 2 out of 3 chances for Sunderland coming from Stalteri's wing, where he lost his opponents in both cases...

The guy is not incompetent, for sure, but at this stage of Spurs progress we need a little more class and quality than that. I think you have to grab the chance when you get it, even if you initially set your sights lower. There is no guarantee you will get that chance again next time. Especially if you have a chance to weaken your closest rivals by grabbing that chance yourself now - if we get the CL spot at the expense of Arsenal for next season, don't you think this will weaken their position both financially and psychologically?

Greavsie was right when he said its a funny old game! This has been the strangest season as a Spurs fan that I can remember. In previous seasons there has always been mild optimism emanating from supporters at the lane that a corner has been turned, then we realise that the corner is in fact just a big circle and we end up right at the start again ; Ossie,Gross,Rebrov, Hoddle etc names that to this day make me shudder a little. Now as i was saying, strange season, yes we are fourth, yes were above the goons and yes peter crouch is playing for england but i cant quite grasp what Jol is doing. Respect to the guy, his record in charge of us speaks volumes and he has brought in some serious talent to the club, on the pitch and in the reserves. I do wonder sometimes about his recruitment policy in other areas, Wayne Routlege and Reto Ziegler in particular. Routlege was last years spurs is he isnt he saga and when he arrived i actually felt pretty good, another young, talented Englishmen entering a busy midfield stable. Brilliant. Then after an impressive preseason he sadly does himself in against pompy first time out. Then when he comes back he finds another youngun, lennon, filling his boots. Routlege last year done a fantastic job for Palace, and lennon for me has been indifferent this season. Hes quick but lightweight, adventurous but careless. What happens, Routlege gets shipped off to pompy, presumably sharing the car to the south coast with mendes, davis and pamarot. WHY?? Ziegler, done great last year, looked in better knick than Blobby Reid and can play 2 positions. So we ship him off to Germany and than when i think Martin has seen the light and brought him back hes off to Wigan!! WHY!!?? Where's some cover at Left wing, wheres the decent cover for Mido...Rasiak?? Goodbye. We have the beatin of every club in the league, except maybe The Russian Foreign Legion so why is it, regardless of wheteher, Dumitrescu, Dozzell, Anderton, Poyet, Vega, Walker, Robinson, Davids, King and Defoe are pullin on the white shirt can we never, finish the job. We could be soaring. Last minute goals have cost us a few points this season (West Ham, Fulham, Sunderland)and we seem to play differently in each half of a match, another quality that seems to transcend every team we've had since '92. We can dick on Wigan and Blackburn then we're back on track again. Who knows where we'll be at the end of the season. By this time last year id have said 7th, 8th or 9th now its 4th? 5th? 6th? Wheres this all leading. We need clarity, we need consistency we need maximum points at home from now til May and we also need Arsenal to keep trippin up. It has been a funny season aint it!

I dont think theres ever been a time when iv come out of WHL and have said stalteri and pyo have had a good game, stalteri stands 5metres off his man and is to slow, and weak to recover when the ball comes to his man, he cant take on players so he doesnt provide us with a going forward option. Pyo is also to slow and weak, although he does have a tiny bit of skill in him, having only a right foot, and a poor cross costs us when he goes forward down the left flank . Give the youngsters a chance and put kelly and recall ifil for the wingback positions.

Tough discussion! every top team makes 'balls ups' from time to time...look at ManUre when they got dicked by Middlesborough.
Top Six is good enough for me this season, if we lack consistency next season then I'll be pissed off. We finally have a talented youthful team that is capable of being one of the top four for the foreseeable future.
At the same time I also sympathise with the fans who went to the Sunderland game...I would be pissed off too!

Agree with all the peopel chatting SENSE about how at the end of hte day, wherever we were in the league, we wud b fuming rite now after Sunderland.

Theyve won I dont even no how many, had taken 9 (now 10) points all season in what 25 games, there is NO EXCUSE for not putting them away and being on our way. If we were mid table rite now it would STILL be a wasteful and useless result. (and yes, i agree every team slips up sometimes, but at least they don't play like division 2 wannabes.) I think what's more infuriating is the manner that we play - we proved in the last 4 minutes against sunderland when we had the bit between our teeth, was this not possible for even the last 20 minutes?! at least then we probably would have put the game beyond doubt. MJ seems to have the "sven goran eriksson" syndrome of sitting back once we're in the lead, and we always come unstuck, and we're not even playing good teams! (no offense sunderland man lol)

but neways, aside from putting that in perspective, in terms of whoever said bout MJ not having the best team, I think they have a good point - the same players are chosen automatically regardless of who we're playing and what is trying to b accomplished. whenever they're fit, davids + jenas are always without fail in the startin 11, which im not shure I agree with, because IMO Jenas could be doing a lot lot more. But aside, we need 2 get some consistency and play well, because im worried we're kinda going backwards at the moment (in our quality of football) as compared with earlier in the season.

M.J. a quick question........what the fuck were you and all your staff doing at training this last week?........for an outfit in the premiership to let a player play who is so unfit is scandalous!....Davids should never have taken to the park!......dont tell me he was fit in the week and unfit game day.......you guys must have been walking around with your frigging eyes shut......is a worry......with some strange team selections and bad tatics I am afraid I for one think you have got a lot of people fooled my man.

You have been dropping strikers for not perfoming yet you continue to play stateri and other defenders who has made mistakes which have cost us points! Why not the same rules for everyone?....smacks of favouritism and bad management.

Dont think we will even make the top six....

hmm, I've changed my mind since my last post after reading Carricks article on the website.
Carrick - "We leave here frustrated, we thought we had done enough to win and we were pretty comfortable throughout."

Utter crap...we should have looked at thumping Sunderland not just holding onto a 1 goal lead. This attitude has pissed me off.

Stalteri was at fault for Sunderland goal and you could say, he cost us the 3 points.

The fact that we never really got going, never looked comfortable at 1-0 and couldn't score the all important second goal to secure the game lets him off the hook, just.

May seem harse but i don't think he is good enough and would prefer Kelly or Ifil anyday.

He has 'experience' but Stalteri doesn't really do much for me. He never gets past the midfield or gives support down the wing, every time he gets the ball he runs 1 yard stops and plays it back/sidewards. He is too slow for my liking and gets caught flat footed a lot of the time. I think his positional sense is at best woeful and cant understand why he gets soo many games. He has been at fault for the last 2 goals we have conceded v Charlton & Sunderland and i just hope that he doesn't make my dislike of him even greater with more mistakes.

He can't even run properly!
(anyone else notice that?)

Yep, you guessed it, i am not a fan.

But we are still 4th and as long as we have European football next season i am happy.

You lot are all fuckin jokes, think about it.....tottenham at 4th. To say that we really lack quality and that there is a problem with coaching is complete shite. Okay it is frustrating to lose a game in the last minute again, but you have to have some kind of perspective.....we are 4 points clear of the scum and we have a team thatlooks as if its gonna be awesome in the future.....if we keep hold of our players that is.

I don't think anyones saying we lack quality. This is surely more about mentality. I'm saying for example that it's too easy at the moment for the players to hide behind the promise of things to come.
I saw Dave McKay speak recently. Can't see him ever blaming bumpy pitch, age of his teammates, cold Grimsby weather, too many games (although we can't use that one!) etc etc He just bastard well got on with winning!

Am I the only one who thinks Salteri is a good player, Robbo has cost us goals this year but no one critises him. Keane and Defoe have cost us points by missing chances but I don,t see them being slagged off. The point is if we don,t qualify for the CL we have fucked up. Why was Davids on the pitch on Sunday when Huddlestone had such a great debut. Lets hope the scum lose tonight and we will all be happy again as our run in is not that bad. Agree with a previous post why did we buy that twat Murphy not good enough for Charlton not good enough to grace WHL.

how can you slag murphy? give the bloke a chance !
listen you whinging tossers, if any one had said we would be 4th with 12 games to go at the start of the season, would you have taken that or believed it ?
yes we lost 2 points at sunderland, disappointing, very frustrating. its called getting experience.
lets hope they learn.
a realistic finish this season was top6, still on course for that. do we want to do an everton of last season ? they're doing well this year eh ?
spurs great team, if the current lot can stick together including jol, is probably 2 seasons away.
in the mean time, shut the fuck up, get behind the team and encourage - slagging them off achieves nothing.
jol has been in the job 12 months, his record speaks volumes for someone in the job so little a time. ferguson needed a couple of seasons before manure were a good side.
patience is a virtue. end of rant.

I refer everyone to my comments yesterday about the problems in midfield that reduced our chances of beating Sunderland, and what would have helped us to beat them:

"Look we should have won at Sunderland, but we were clearly handicapped by an unbalanced midfield- which I’m sure Jol is fully aware of.

Keane Defoe

Actual Subs: Mido for Keane/Defoe, Murphy for Jenas."

The quality of this blog gets worse.

Was Paxton Road's piece deliberately designed to irritate?

We were NOT outplayed on Sunday by that chain gang of part time firemen and apprentice bricklayers.

We were hustled, shoved and generally shamed by our lack of physical presence and inability to string two accurate passes together.

It would appear that unless we are given a pitch that resembles a billiard table we become a bit wet looking. A bit soft.

Stalteri wasn't shit. The Blunderland goal was a product of sheer blood and guts and if any of you brain surgeons out there believe that stopping that carthorse from belting it at Robinson was an easy task fluffed.... well I can't help you.

Carrick was mediocre and Jenas was limp. Davids was a shadow of himself. Danny Murphy needed to start the game.

We were wet, but by Christ Sunderland were fucking miserable. Their fans cheered everytime they hoofed the ball off the pitch.

The Defoe pass to Keane was fantastic. The finish world class. A crumb of comfort but light years away from the Soonderlund rubbish.

Will we make the fourth spot? Dunno.

Will the Black Cats be relegated? Absolutely. Yes. They are SHIT.

And for your next trick you'll swap Carrick for Janet Jackson and the cow you were asked to take to market FOR SOME BEANS.

The last anonymous writing was on the money when he called some of you brain surgeons.

'Everton have taken 20 points from a possible 21'
That's Impossible
21 points means 7 games and you can't get 20 points from 7 games

Yes you are the 'only one' who thinks stalteri is any good.
& Slagging off Robbo, FFS?
Without Englands No1 we'd be bottom half of table.

there were no leaders in the squad when things are not going on the field and OFF it.

I have never seen Jol fluster and go pyshco when we lose initiative on the field.

King seems to influence never extend beyond the defensive part of his game.I remembered seeing him shouting at the lads during the sunderland game but he is not roy keane material.

Davids for all his reputation do most of his talking after the match.Don't get me wrong, he is a great player but not a great leader on the field.

There are guys who just let their heads dropped when the going gets tough and moan about it later.Carrick, Jenas and Salteri etc.

The Man U team in the mid 90's just went from strength to strength; Beckham, scholes ETC.

We have a similarly talented squad .Whether our cockneys have the same mental strength, I doubt so.

Edgar Davids: "The way we lost to Fulham recently really angered me. We put pressure on their squad, only to let all our hopes for at least a draw slip away in the dying minutes"

I suppose for some people on this board Edgar is just a whingeing tosser who should be content with fourth!!!

This is a blog focusing just on football.

Perhaps you might consider seeking the type of thrills you're into elsewhere.

All your talk of knobs etc is boring, aside from which it would probably be of some concern to parents.
