Spurs to move for Midfielder.

According to Sky Sports Spurs are moving towards not only acquiring the best young British potential but also European ones as well.

Spurs are looking to strengthening their ties with Slavia Prague, where Radek Cerny is on loan from, by moving for 17 year old Marek Suchy. Suchy broke into the first team this season and Spurs want him for a trial with a chance of a permanent deal.

Other transfer news is currently thin on the ground but apparently Comolli is working hard in the background.

COYS!

Does Suchy play on the left, right or centre of midfield? Also, what kind of player is he?

Hi to all the yids
Jol will not let brown go i dont think he will let gardener go but when you think of it gardener was playing at the start of the season when king was out and gardener will get better with each game and brown done well for us as well just let jol get on with his job and trust him we will be there at the end but do agree about mendes will be sorry to see him go.
spurs have only let in 5 goals in 9 games with gardener in the back and 6 clean sheets so think on my yid mates.

Fuck me there are some weird posts here. Gardener as some of you with a memory have noted is more than decent when he's settled. Davis, Mendes and brown are not the future as we've much better defensive midfielders; Carrick, Davids, Tainio and they're no better than Jenas going forward. Jol knows we lack a degree of guile and wit at the front/middle of midfield so until Jenas improves or we get a new Gazza he'll probably continue to play Brown when he has to as he's the better of the three going forward and has the best shot. All their futures however, clearly lie elsewhere. Huddleston is a future world class midfield sweeper. Carrick with height & muscle. Chuck him in as a centre back instead of the more experienced Gardener? What?!! Are you sure?

26 year old forward - hes been at Udinese for about 6 years and scores about a goal every three games.

He did get 6 in 7 games last season in the champions league but 3 of those were in one match against Panathinaikos.

He also won his first 3 caps for Italy last season.

Thats just the stats though - I've no idea what kind of player he is.

Anyone else heard this rumour about us signing Pennant...? I hope to God thats bollox - we really don't need the ex-red drink driving wanker anywhere near the lane.

And speaking of Italian strikers... I normally don't believe a word that comes out of FansFC but allow yourselves to enjoy this for a second before your brain catches up and realises its utter crap.

well iam a spurs fan but tink that we need a bit of streghtining up back to be honust,i dont tink gardener as back up is very good we need to bring in sum tall defenders to cover for injuries, defending has been our problem as we have let fair to many goals in and thats the diffrence between us and chelsea, they been solid at back and we have not.I think jermain defoe needs to be given a confidence booster,i tink martin jol had a word with him before summer and told him to change his game and i think this advice has led him to score less goals.jermaine defoe needs to be given a bit more of a chance or hell leave,he needs to become more aggressive in me opinon. The major problem i tink is that many of the player want to be earning bigger salaries as they are starting to become greeder, spurs have made the players who they are today and now there demanded a much greater wage and the club is not budging,i tink this may lead to another sol campbell situation. This is apprant in cases of king and carrick.
